I just started using this machine, this morning, and I think it's great (so far!) They reckon it takes 4-6 weeks of regular use to see a significant reduction in BP, so I'll keep you posted, but I can already say that it's easy to use, very relaxing, and a great way to reduce stress.

I wondered if the Pzizz would do exactly the same function as the Resperate, but it doesn't. I notice that my breathing slows when using Pzizz, but when using Resperate it not only slows, but it also deepens. I feel as though my breathing is being gently educated.
