Attachment Theory

Attachment Theory is not exactly a "thing"; but it was listening to a programme on BBC Radio 4, "All in the Mind", that lead me to a whole new world; in particular to wanting to find out more about Attachment Theory.

That lead me to Google Attachment Theory, and that came up with an excellent article by Dr Daniel Sonkin that introduces AT in an elegant and concise way. It was Dr Sonkin who lead me to Pzizz and Resperate.

One of the things that really excited me about all this are the links between AT and neuro-science. A good place to start with all that is "Attachment Theory and Psychotherapy by Daniel Jay Sonkin, Ph.D.", but once you've absorbed that, you may want to try the work of Allan Schore.

This is pretty much as far as I've got so far; but I'm finding it all VERY exciting, but right now I want to go have my evening Pzizz!
